Not that other years haven\u2019t been, but in the past 12 months, many significant strides have been made.<\/p>\n<p>We underwent a radical <strong>rebranding<\/strong> with a new logo and corporate identity, adopted an <strong>internal regulation<\/strong>, a code of ethics, and launched the new company <strong>website<\/strong>. We created a company <strong>LinkedIn page<\/strong> and have an editorial plan that ensures its activity.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time, the company proactively entered the market of a European country like <strong>Poland<\/strong>, participated in its first international <strong>bidding<\/strong>, and explored the uncharted territories of <strong>patenting<\/strong> two inventions and <strong>registering<\/strong> for trademark protection.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Restart also initiated several projects that will be completed this new year, such as<strong> ISO9001<\/strong> quality certification, the creation of an internal <strong>House Organ<\/strong>, and participation in the international <strong>fair<\/strong> Automatica2020.<\/p>\n<p>The company funded <strong>social responsibility<\/strong> projects with donations to the Meyer Pediatric Hospital, the Livorno Young Adults Autism Center, and the I Bambini delle Fate association.<\/p>\n<p>When we look at human resources, there are also many new developments.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, <strong>two new people were hired<\/strong>, an apprenticeship turned into a permanent contract, and another apprenticeship began. Thanks to these hires, <strong>two important new departments<\/strong> were born: the marketing and communication office and the robotics department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flexible<\/strong> working hours from 8:30 to 9:00 were introduced for all employees, along with <strong>travel allowances<\/strong> for those who spend the night away.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company attire<\/strong> was renewed for everyone, including a jacket, delivered along with various <strong>gadgets<\/strong> the company had planned.<\/p>\n<p>Last but not least, the company regulation now includes a <strong>contest<\/strong> where Restart offers two cash <strong>prizes for the best two inventions<\/strong> presented during the year by employees.<\/p>\n<p>From this brief review, one might think we\u2019re talking about a large multinational, but it\u2019s actually a company with fewer than 30 employees, yet extremely attentive to its strengths and aware of the enormous value residing in its people.<\/p>\n<p>Who knows what the new year will bring us?<br \/>\nNext review in 12 months.
